I’ve been a customer since December, 2019 and I highly recommend Gatza heating & air conditioning. Brent replaced my 5 ton evaporator coil and also replaced some of my ductwork that needed repair. When the job was complete he showed me how he made improvements to the ductwork and what failed on the coil. He also went above and beyond by fixing my water heater venting duct. After seeing the new ductwork he fabricated and the new coil he installed I could tell his work is very neat and clean. He’s also very respectful and wears shoe covers to avoid bringing dirt in the house. Gatza is a family business with competitive prices, quality work and you can tell Brent and Laura care about their customers. Brent at Gatza Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is always prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He has been doing our spring and fall maintenance check-up for several years. This time he found a leak in the coil and it was losing Freon. He did not immediately replace the coil, which would have been very expensive, but instead explained all my options and gave me the pros and cons of each. I appreciate a service person that doesn’t jump right in to make a sale but gives the customer choices and lets them decide. I’ve had no additional problems since his repair.
We’ve used Gatza Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.’s preventative maintenance services for about 10 years now, in two different homes. Every spring, he comes to tune up our air conditioner and does a very thorough inspection. Every fall, he does the same for our heater. Installs new filters each time. The summer of 2011, our A/C went out. We had two kids under the age of 3 at that time. I called Brent at 9 pm, and he graciously walked us through some troubleshooting on the phone. He was over the very next day to look at things himself. We knew we’d need to replace our home’s unit at some point, and the time had come. Brent gave us several choices for new units so we weren’t having to research it ourselves. He had our new unit installed the same day. Our family wasn’t inconvenienced by this whatsoever, all thanks to Brent. He is conscientious of my time and I can leave him a house key for the day and I trust that process completely. Days that I’m home and I get to see him he’ll never consume my time with unnecessary chatter unless I start asking questions or want to chat. In all our years using him, he’s NEVER had to reschedule an appointment, forgotten or anything of the sort. They don’t come any better than Brent. This is a hardworking, soft-spoken, polite, professional and extremely talented guy. He’s good at what he does, is responsible and I can’t recommend him enough!
We had a great experience with this company. The owner came for a second opinion on a new A/C we had had recommended to us by another company. He had to make two trips because the first time was too cold to do what he needed to do. He came out a second time and confirmed the original diagnosis. Despite having to come out twice, he only charged one service fee. He was extremely polite and professional, and I would highly recommend Gatza Heating and Air Conditioning! They will be my go-to for any HVAC needs in the future.

When Gatza Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. comes to our house, it always goes well. Brent came out on Father’s Day when our air conditioner stopped working. He was here nearly an hour after I called. We have had work performed by Gatza in our old house around 5 years ago plus our current house. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Brent Gatza is reliable and a good honest person. You would be crazy not to call his company if something needs to be serviced with your AC or heater.

I was comfortable enough with the work performed that I signed up for an annual service contract with them. Would definitely recommend them.

I had a leak in my AC unit caused by faulty installation by a previous service provider. Brent repaired the leak, corrected the installation and recharged the unit.
